Frequently Asked Questions

Q.How does your dumpster rental service work?
A.Our dumpster rental service is simple! Choose the right dumpster size for your project, and schedule a delivery date online. On your delivery date, we will deliver your dumpster, you fill it up, and we’ll haul it away at the end of your rental. When you're finished, simply call or text us. We’ll come to haul away your dumpster rental promptly so you can focus on your project. If we don’t hear from you before the end of your scheduled time, we will pick up your dumpster on the last day of your rental period.

We deliver our dumpsters between 8am-8pm. Our delivery times are not guaranteed. We will deliver the dumpster on the day promised, however, the exact time is unknown due to the unpredictable wait times at the landfills. We will however send you a text or a call when we are on the way to your dumpster rental location.
Q.How do I know what size dumpster rental I need?
A.Choosing the right dumpster rental size depends on your project. Our 12-yard dumpster is great for cleanouts, garage and attic clearing, and small renovations, while our 16-yard dumpster handles larger renovations, roofing, and construction debris. Frequently, customers request swapouts during their rental to ensure they have space in their dumpster for their projects. We are happy to talk through options with you.
Q.How soon can I get a dumpster rental delivered?
A.We offer fast delivery, often within 24-48 hours of booking. Availability depends on location and demand, so we recommend scheduling in advance. Same-day delivery may also be available. Please call us if you need same-day delivery.
Q.How long can I keep my dumpster rental?
A.Our standard dumpster rental period is typically 7 days, but we offer flexible options if you need more time. Let us know your schedule, and we’ll accommodate your needs.
Q.How much does a dumpster rental cost?
A.Dumpster rental pricing depends on the size of the dumpster, rental duration, and location. To see the sizes we offer as well as the pricing for each, visit our Dumpster category.
Q.What materials can I put in my dumpster rental?
A.We accept residential trash, construction and demolition debris, house and garage cleanouts, furniture, mattresses, roofing and yard waste. Appliances are accepted with a $125 appliance fee for any appliances in the load; refrigerators, freezers and AC units must have the refrigerant (freon) professionally removed first. We do take concrete, brick and block, but only in our dedicated Concrete Dumpster and only up to a half load because of the weight, so please tell us at booking if your load includes concrete. We do not haul dirt. Tires cannot go in a regular rental, but we do offer a tire-only dumpster, just ask; if tires end up mixed into a standard load, that load is billed at $180 per ton, because the landfill charges us double for unseparated loads. Hazardous materials are prohibited entirely: chemicals, solvents, oil, fuel, paint, pesticides and pool chemicals, plus batteries, propane tanks, asbestos and medical waste. If our truck is unable to haul a dumpster because it is severely overloaded or contains restricted items, you will be responsible for emptying it and will incur additional charges.
Q.What if I fill up my dumpster and need another one?
A.This frequently happens with our customers as they get into their projects. We are happy to offer a swap out during your rental. Please contact our office to discuss the pricing and scheduling of a swapout.
Q.Do I need to be present when the dumpster is delivered?
A.No. It is not required for the renter to be present when the dumpster is delivered. Please make sure any special instructions are given to the office at the time of renting the dumpster.
Q.Do I need a permit for a dumpster rental?
A.If you’re placing the dumpster rental on a public street or sidewalk, you may need a permit. Private property placements typically do not require permits, but we can help you check local regulations.
Q.What surfaces can you place the dumpster on?
A.We can place the dumpster on pavement, concrete, dirt or grass. The surface just needs to be strong enough to hold the weight on the dumpster and the contents you load into it. We do place boards when delivering the dumpster to help make sure there is no property damage.
Q.Any special requirements when placing a dumpster at my house?
A.We do require a spot at least 15' Long and 10' wide or big enough to park a pickup truck or suv.
Q.What happens if I exceed the weight limit?
A.If your dumpster rental exceeds the weight limit included in our rentals, additional charges may apply. All of our trucks are weighed at our dump locations and if allowed tonnage is exceeded, we will charge the additional to your card.
Q.Are we responsible for the roll off dumpster if it is to get damaged in any way?
A.Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our dumpsters. If, however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e., loading with equipment and hitting the side of the Dumpster) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the Roll Off Dumpster, which can cost thousands of dollars. We don't want you or us to be in that situation which is why we ask to only load the dumpster by hand and not with equipment.
Q.Do you require a deposit?
A.All orders require payment on or before delivery.
Q.What sizes of dumpsters do you offer for rental?
A.We offer two sizes: a 12-yard dumpster (12 ft long x 8 ft wide x 4 ft tall) and a 16-yard dumpster (12 ft long x 8 ft wide x 6 ft tall). Both are available as a standard 7-day rental or as a Quick Load, where we drop the dumpster off, you load it in about 30 minutes, and we haul it away on the same trip. We also offer a dedicated Concrete Dumpster for concrete, brick and block, half load only. To see current pricing for each, visit our Dumpster category.
